Privacy Policy

This document explains how the Iraq View platform collects, uses and protects its users' data.

What we collect

When you create an account, order a service or create a smart card, we may collect your name, email address, phone number and profile photo, along with anything you add yourself to your card or your order — contact links, files and messages. When you complete a payment, the payment details are processed directly by the approved payment gateway; your bank card details are never stored on Iraq View servers.

How we use it

To carry out and track your orders, to issue invoices and the notifications relating to your account, to provide technical support, and to serve your public smart card page with the content you choose for it.

Sharing

Your data is not shared with any third party beyond what delivering the service requires — the payment gateway or the hosting provider — or where the law requires it.

Retention

Your account and order data is kept for as long as your account is active. Smart card statistics are kept for the period each package allows: 3 months on the Basic and Mid packages, 12 months on Advanced.

Your rights

You may see your data, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for your account to be deleted, by contacting us at support@iraqview.com.
